The directory
ITOps Desk publishes short descriptions of IT and MSP tools and links to official vendor websites. A listing is not an endorsement, a review score, or a promise that the product fits your environment. Confirm capabilities and pricing with the vendor.
Sponsored placements
A placement marked Sponsored is advertising. The sample slot shipped with this starter is labeled as a sample until the publisher turns that disclaimer off. Sponsored placement does not change the requirement to keep unsponsored summaries factual.
Comparisons
X vs Y pages repeat directory summaries and link to official sites. They are not rankings, bake-offs, or buying advice. Do not treat them as a measurement of uptime, detection rate, or price.
Find an MSP
Submitting the form asks the publisher to follow up. It does not create a contract with an MSP, and it does not guarantee an introduction. Do not include passwords, customer secrets, or regulated data in the message.
Digital products
The products page ships with example offers. Until the publisher replaces that copy and sets a Stripe Payment Link, there is nothing to buy. When a Payment Link is active, payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Delivery terms for a real product should be added here before sale.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms to send spam, malware, or someone else's personal data. Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other readers.
Liability
The directory is provided as-is. The publisher is not liable for decisions you make after reading a summary, for vendor outages, or for losses from a tool you buy. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limits apply only as far as the law allows.
