What is ITOps Desk?
ITOps Desk is a neutral directory of IT and MSP tools, run by Blacksheep Media. Blacksheep Media is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by a disabled combat veteran. Each listing is a short summary that links to the vendor's own site. A listing is not an endorsement. Paid placements are labeled Sponsored, and there are no cloaked affiliate links.
How are listings chosen?
A listing is a short public summary of a tool sysadmins and MSPs use, plus a link to the vendor's official site. To suggest one, email the tool name and the official https URL. The directory does not rank tools, and a listing is not a statement that the product fits your setup.
How does sponsorship work?
Paid placements are labeled Sponsored and sit apart from the short listings. Paying for a placement does not buy a positive review or change how other tools are described. Email info@itopsdesk.org with the tool, the placement, and the month you want. The media kit is on the advertise page.
How are digital products delivered?
Each digital product is a fillable PDF. After payment, the download link arrives in the Stripe receipt email. Check the spam folder if it does not show up within a few minutes, or email info@itopsdesk.org.
What is the refund window for a download?
Ask within 14 days of purchase. That 14-day window covers a duplicate charge, not receiving the receipt email or download link, and a corrupted file. The refunds page has the rest of the policy.
What does the $199 IT Checkup cover?
The Small Business IT Checkup is a remote session of 60 to 90 minutes for small businesses in the United States and Canada. It covers email security, backups, Wi-Fi and the local network, passwords and accounts, and device health. You get a written report with a prioritized fix list within 48 hours of the session. The price is $199.
